As military Veterans and highly experienced nurses, your perspectives, ideas, and contributions are valued and respected. I will always be grateful for the long talks, notes of encouragement, thoughtful gifts, and breakfast burritos that helped me get through, day by day! The encouraging texts and conversations of how much progress we have made came through to me at the times when I needed to hear it most. Individually we can only do so much, but together we can continue to make the positive changes that reaffirm we are following the right path. The final project is so much more than a project to me and it was difficult to display it for others in a way that could capture just a fraction of what we have accomplished. The journey we are embarking on holds profound significance, representing something deeply personal and meaningful to each of us.
